Mount Cloudsley & Mount Enys 2/2002

Chapter 1 - Chapter 2

Everything started off so well on this walk too. Pleasant grassy meadows leading
up to Mount Cloudsley behind me.

For some reason the huge fields of scree prompted me to do a little dance.

Looking farily pleased with myself on the summit of Mt. Cloudsley (2030m)

Michael looking equally pleased, next to the worryingly phallic summit cairn.

At lunchtime i had to briefly show my nasty side, when Michael made a grab for my
Caramello.

Mount Enys looking suitably big and nasty. Note the snow fields in the middle of summer - yes it's
THAT high!

Woohoo! The summit of my biggest ever mountain! (2197m)

Luckily Michael didn't have to twat about like a great big eejit to prove just
how windy it was.

The ridge we followed down from the summit, leading to lots of nasty,
spiky bushes several 1000 metres below.
