Sanjay's Visit & Cricket One-dayers - 2/2002

Late update from a Night Club in Dunedin.....

A certain D. Gough, prancing around like a buffoon on a stage. Gawd bless 'im.

The Goughy Song (Sung to Lilly the Pink):
"We'll drink a drink a drink,
to Goughy the King, the King, the King
He's the leader of our Cricket team!
He's the greatest - fast bowler - that the woorrrrld, has ever seen"

Sanj and Dorien soaking up the atmosphere, and no doubt, flying beer
during Goughy's song and dance routine.

Oh, stop smiling so much ;oD

Sanjay perving at some "Penguins"

Update Ends......

Sanj and Me at the 1st 1-dayer - Jade Stadium, Christchurch. Still smiling, after the
England innings. Little did we know what would happen later in the NZ innings - the
stadium sold out of beer, nnngah!

Michael, Jacob, Greg, Adam, Andy and Rachael enjoying the misfortune of a small child -
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!

Get your stupid stars off our flag! (Note Matt of Gasoline Cowboys fame
being amazed by something to the left)

Jacob's score prediction for NZ's innings.

During the NZ innnings, after we'd relocated to the middle of the
Barmy Army.

Sanj & Michael mid sing-song.

The main core of the Kiwi support.

One of the more amusing Kiwi fans. But after half an
hour of him screaming "England are losing HAHA!", and other
such witty songs, he became less endearing.

Three village idiots who came up to heckle the Barmy army for a while - they
didn't last long though :op

The umpire infiltrating the Barmy Army.

The other umpires doing their best to come up with a decent song
